definitive series on scale modeling ever produced.
In clear, concise text, enhanced by
hundreds of outstanding close up photographs, these books document my techniques,
secrets and methods for building scale models.
There are no drawings or diagrams in any of these books. Since scale
modeling is a visual hobby every technique presented is illustrated with
pictures. These books have been
described by scale modelers the world over as the fundamental reference material to
have at your finger tips whether you are a beginner or an expert.
Join the army
of scale modelers from around the world who have already discovered how to build better
models by
building them the
Mike Ashey way!
Some of the books on this WEB site
were originally published as soft cover paper books, but they are now long out of print. I
have scanned, digitized and assembled them into electronic book media
and each chapter has been assembled into an Adobe PDF file.
You can view the chapters on line, download them and print a page, a
chapter or an entire book. In each of the paper books there is a gap in
the numbering sequence. The pages that are missing are those that were
color photos of finished scale models. Many of these finished models were
photographed again with a digital camera and you can find many of these finished
models in the gallery section of the web site.
